Flagstaff Baseball Club in Action
The Flagstaff Baseball Club was lucky to get in a session with Dr. Amanda DeRosa, PT, DPT, CSCS, CKTP, CF-L1 of Elevated Physical Therapy and Movement, LLC (https://www.elevatedptmovement.com) She developed a warm-up routine to prevent injuries and worked with the players to build baseball specific strength and agility!
On October 5, Verde Valley Baseball Club hosted the 12U Flames for a scrimmage!
Flagstaff Baseball Club's focus is on player development. We believe scrimmages are a wonderful teaching opportunity and together with Verde Valley had a post-game discussion with both teams.
Thanks to our generous sponsors all of our players were able to participate in a pitching and throwing mechanics clinic with former MLB player Paco Rodriguez.. This was an incredible opportunity. One of our player's summed it up perfectly when he said, "Best day of my life!"
